Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed during new product releases, peak market activity, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (tracking included when applicable).


Shipping Methods & Thresholds

To balance affordability and protection, we ship using tiered methods based on order value:

  • Orders under $20 – Shipped via Plain White Envelope (PWE), non-tracked economy mail.

  • Orders $20–$49.99 – Shipped via USPS First Class with tracking.

  • Orders $50–$199.99 – Shipped with tracking and enhanced protective packaging.

  • Orders $200+ – Shipped with tracking, insurance, and may require signature confirmation.

Aurilium Vault reserves the right to upgrade shipping methods at our discretion for order protection.


Packaging Standards

We ship all collectible items using industry-standard protection methods:

  • Singles are sleeved and secured in rigid top loaders or semi-rigid holders.

  • Cards are sealed to prevent shifting during transit.

  • Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely.

  • Sealed products are packed to minimize movement and damage.

We take condition seriously and package accordingly.


Condition & Market Disclaimer

All card conditions are evaluated using industry standards at the time of listing.

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles:

  • Minor centering differences, print lines, factory imperfections, or surface variations are not considered shipping damage.

  • Market price fluctuations do not qualify as valid reasons for return or cancellation.

  • Buyer’s remorse is not considered a valid shipping claim.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier.

Aurilium Vault is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. File a carrier claim if applicable

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


International Orders

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT or import taxes

  • Any customs clearance delays

Aurilium Vault is not responsible for customs processing times.


Shipping Damage Claims

If your item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Include your order number

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
