Refund policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at auriliumvault@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging (including shipping label)

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and sealed products, we only accept returns or replacements for items that are confirmed to be damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Items must remain in the exact condition received. We cannot accept claims for items that have been opened, altered, swapped, or otherwise modified after delivery.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method.
